Job Overview

My Kid Atelier, a leading children's party planning company in London, is seeking a skilled Event Manager to join our team.

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing luxury children's events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Handle client inquiries, phone calls, and sales, building strong relationships and delivering flawless service.
  • Liaise with venues and suppliers, developing long-lasting partnerships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Oversee event setups and coordinate staff for smooth execution.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the event process.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management or the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly reliable and punctual.
  • Great sense of tact and discretion, able to maintain confidentiality and work comfortably with high-profile clients in luxury environments.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
