Sales and Events Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales and Events Coordinator to join our venue client in London.

The role requires a sales professional with experience in conference sales, confident in liaising with clients and representing the venue at trade fairs and exhibitions. This is a hybrid role, primarily Monday to Friday, where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week and 2 days working from home, subject to the networking event calendar.

As the first point of contact, you would be responsible for proactive & reactive sales for a busy venue which hosts conferences, weddings and corporate away days. You will work closely alongside a separate planning & delivery team to ensure packages created and sold to clients are delivered to the highest standard.

This permanent position offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to progress their career.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Representing the venue at trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Working closely with the planning & delivery team to ensure smooth execution of events
