Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Professional Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting management staff within the Rail industry, with a focus on niche Technical and Sales market sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting professionals across various disciplines, including P-way and Signalling, for large national Contractors and regional smaller contractors. A good working knowledge of the Residential Development sector is desirable.

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial flair, who is fiercely motivated, committed, and passionate about recruitment. While headhunting experience is beneficial, it's not essential as we can provide training and development opportunities to increase billings and earnings.

The role offers a wide brief, excellent working environment, fully expensed mobile, gym membership, and professional tools to succeed.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
