This Construction Sector Account Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to join Humres, a leading construction recruitment specialist, as we continue to grow and expand our services.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence in the London and South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Sales Growth: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth and increase revenue.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored safety solutions to clients in the London and South East region.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Performance Tracking: Establish individual and team sales goals and track performance to ensure targets are met.
- Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize deals with customers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or safety sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
