Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team
  • Diary management, including travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Event planning, including corporate events, meetings, and special events
  • Front of house duties, including meeting and greeting clients
  • General office duties, including filing and data entry
  • Assist with company fleet management and schedule repairs
  • Raise Purchase Orders for materials
  • Ensure quality, H&S, and accreditation compliance
  • Manage the holiday schedule
