Sales and Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving sales growth through new product ranges.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing clients and develop strong relationships to expand business opportunities
- Apply technical knowledge of underfloor heating systems to provide expert advice to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information on stock levels
- Collaborate with clients to identify operational needs and deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in wholesale and distribution environments
- Proven success as a Key Account/Sales Manager, with a focus on relationship-building and growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
£38,000 - £48,000 OTE, with additional perks such as a company car and fuel card, commission and bonuses, 21 days + 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, and mobile and laptop provided
