About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving sales growth through new product ranges.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage existing clients and develop strong relationships to expand business opportunities
  2. Apply technical knowledge of underfloor heating systems to provide expert advice to clients
  3. Communicate effectively with clients via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits
  4. Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information on stock levels
  5. Collaborate with clients to identify operational needs and deliver tailored solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in wholesale and distribution environments
  • Proven success as a Key Account/Sales Manager, with a focus on relationship-building and growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

£38,000 - £48,000 OTE, with additional perks such as a company car and fuel card, commission and bonuses, 21 days + 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, and mobile and laptop provided
