Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Administrator to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in providing quotes and pricing for bespoke products.



Responsibilities

  • Quote Management: Receive and review customer orders/quotes to ensure accuracy and enter them into the system promptly and precisely.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally, and communicate with customers regarding order status and updates.
  • Customer Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service, liaising with customers over the telephone and via email to address their queries and concerns efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A proven track record of success in order processing or a similar role, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using order processing software or systems and possessing excellent organisational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams, with a good understanding of sales operations principles.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a manufacturer of bespoke products, where you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service. Working Hours and Salary:

07:30am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary range £25,000 - £27,500 per year, depending on experience.
