Senior Pensions Administrator Position

XPS Pensions is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our vibrant Portsmouth office with hybrid working. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of monthly and annual processes on the team, ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance with SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have previous pensions administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes, including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers in and transfers out, and experience of current pensions legislation and framework. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, and maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent are also essential.
