Performance Lifestyle Lead

We're looking for a Performance Lifestyle Lead to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for delivering and modeling superior customer service, guiding and demonstrating sales floor leadership and selling behaviors, and ensuring maintenance of exceptional visual merchandising.
- You'll work closely with the store management team to ensure adequate resources for achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members to foster a culture of talent development and ongoing education.
- Analyze key performance indicators to inform data-driven decisions and drive business results.
- Implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with luxury lifestyle brands in high-volume traffic locations and a proven track record of driving performance through internal KPIs.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
