The Principal Technical Lead plays a vital role in leading their team to deliver highly technical change. They will coach others to achieve delivery excellence while advocating for the Technical Change Delivery field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of one or more technologies to enable the delivery of key strategic programmes.
- Lead senior relationships by engaging with internal customers to understand their long-term strategic challenges.
- Support the overall organisational strategy by developing and delivering operational/programme plans and outcomes.
