About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Performance Reporting Lead to join our Performance and Planning team. As a key member of the team, you will deliver high-quality reporting on customer channels, Primary Corporate Objectives, key strategic indicators, and delivery against our strategic plan.

You will have responsibility for specific components of this reporting, including interrogating and challenging data, and utilising findings to construct high-quality packs for senior stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver regular, highly polished reporting on customer channels, Primary Corporate Objectives, key strategic indicators, and delivery against our strategic plan.
  • Interrogate and challenge data to identify new insights and trends.
  • Construct high-quality packs for senior stakeholders using the most appropriate format.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to understand business performance and its drivers.

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate complex data insights effectively through PowerPoint and written documents.
  • Able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
  • The ability to give an overarching performance view of COO effectively.
  • The ability to identify and collect further observations, data and facts that are relevant to the functions being reported on.
  • The ability to interrogate data to create new insights.
  • The ability to use logical reasoning to identify problems in performance.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
