About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Reporting Analyst to join our team in the Operations - Transaction Services department. As a key member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the client reporting function, ensuring data management and governance excellence, and driving process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of data management within the client reporting function, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Monitoring the performance of offshore teams using daily and monthly Management Information, and attending regular governance meetings to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluating risks and controls, developing robust procedures to ensure a strong governance framework for all clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the client reporting function, ensuring the full utilization of available technology to drive efficiencies and enhance service delivery.
  • Supporting client change implementation, including planning and costing for delivery.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives aimed at transforming and improving client reporting operations, working with regional partners to ensure a unified approach.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with a thorough knowledge of Client or Performance reporting requirements and a sound understanding of ESG reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience of managing client reporting teams is essential, and collaborating with global teams/partners.
  • Experience of developing and delivering on Client Reporting initiatives and driving efficiency.
  • Experience of the Vermilion platforms is preferential.
