Financial Reporting Role in Edinburgh

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join JPMorganChase's Financial Reporting Group in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and supporting the production of top-quality financial statements and regulatory reporting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and external auditors for financial statements and ensure queries/issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients, meeting regulatory and agreed service delivery targets
  • Provide onshore oversight of accounts and workings for final and interim financials as prepared by our offshore Financial Reporting team
  • Ensure checklists and internal control guidance are followed during accounts production

Requirements:

  • Proven communication skills, able to collaborate effectively internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, such as IFRS or UK GAAP, is advantageous
  • Proficient knowledge of software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Arrangements:

  • Hybrid remote work arrangement in Edinburgh
  • Full-time role with a fixed-term contract
