Deputy Sister/Clinical Educator Band 6 Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Deputy Sister/Clinical Educator on the Endoscopy Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical education of staff, development of student nurses, and deputising in the absence of the Sister.
Main Responsibilities
The Endoscopy Unit is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, performing a variety of standard and advanced endoscopic procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, be adaptable to a changing environment, and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
About the Role

Person Specification
- 1st Level Nurse with NMC Registration
- Evidence of further professional development
- Evidence of further Teaching & Assessing Qualification (Clinical Mentorship/fLIPS ENB 998 or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or equivalent
- Clinical qualification(s) post registration
- Experience with JET's Workforce
- Knowledge of responsibilities regarding Health and Safety
