Occupational Therapist Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead Occupational Therapist to lead our clinical team in the Older Adults inpatient unit at Lincoln County Hospital.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals admitted to hospital within our Older Adults wards.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
The Role:
- To lead a developing and experienced clinical team of Occupational Therapy staff, Bands 4-6.
- To support the development of Therapy staff as part of the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver evidence-based interventions for patients on the inpatient ward areas.
About You:
- You must be flexible, innovative, and highly motivated.
- You should be proactive and adaptable to ensure the smooth transition of inpatient care to the individual's place of discharge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary banding around £53,855 - £63,853 per annum.
