**Job Overview**
United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients in accident and emergency units.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess excellent organisational abilities. As a Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a designated workload, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

About the Role
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage a designated workload, including collecting and recording information on paper and computer systems.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication.
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to deliver patient care.
