What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist at The Laurels, you will:

  • Manage a small caseload, providing individualised care to patients with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based patient-centred rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise independence and recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including Rehabilitation Consultant, Neuropsychology, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy, to deliver comprehensive neurological rehabilitation.

You will also have opportunities to develop your own clinical and leadership skills through regular supervision, learning, and teaching opportunities.
