Key Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive risk assessments and formulations for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
  • Provide psychological interventions tailored to individual needs, including those with complex conditions.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical supervision, leadership, and reflective practice within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to reduce admission risks for individuals in the Transforming Care cohort.
  • Develop and deliver training to healthcare providers supporting patients with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including annual leave allowance, car leasing scheme, childcare vouchers, and more.
