Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Transforming Care Community Forensic Team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Forensic Psychology and have experience in providing clinical leadership, particularly with regard to other professions (e.g., nursing, MDTs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive risk assessments and formulations for individuals with complex needs.
  • Deliver psychological interventions to individuals with intellectual disability and/or autism.
  • Offer clinical supervision, leadership, and reflective practice within the team.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team to reduce the risk of admission for individuals on the Transforming Care cohort.
