Sales Executive for Group Reservations and Conferences

At Crimson Hotels, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the areas of group reservations and conferences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales leads and increasing conversions in these areas.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be responsible for interacting with guests and customers to earn repeat and expanded business, as well as negotiating budgets with customers and delivering best-practice in terms of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
- Maximise revenue and occupancies, cross-selling between multiple properties
- Negotiate budgets with customers
- Delivering best-practice in terms of customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Responding to enquiries within specified deadlines to ensure all potential sales opportunities are identified and followed up
- Planning of group stays and events and liaising with relevant departments to ensure successful completion of group stays and events
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
- Preparing and distributing weekly function sheets with all relevant information to ensure events run smoothly
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and driving new business
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to work well under pressure
