Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Develop and implement customized plans to drive client success and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Monitor client usage data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Lead meetings with key stakeholders to drive account growth and retention.
- Assess and initiate project requests to address client needs and build comprehensive Statements of Works (SOW).
- Manage escalations for client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Present client progress vs goals during business reviews.
- 5+ years' experience in customer-facing roles.
- 3+ years' experience in customer success or equivalent, with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, adoption, and loyalty.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally within the NHS.
- Proven ability to demonstrate the value of software products and professional services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
