Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for driving community fundraising efforts across the area, engaging with local groups, businesses, schools, and individuals to raise vital funds for Berkshire Youth. You will play a key role in building relationships with supporters, planning and delivering community fundraising events, and increasing awareness of our cause.

Key Objectives:

  1. To develop and implement effective community outreach strategies to engage supporters and raise awareness of our cause
  2. To build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure funding opportunities
  3. To plan and deliver community fundraising events to meet fundraising targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful event management or community outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
