As a Complex Care HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation.

  • You will lead the forecasting and analysis of people requirements, ensuring we have the right talent in place to achieve our goals.
  • You will drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, creating a positive work environment aligned with our mission and values.
  • You will oversee people support during regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with all legal and organisational requirements.

You will be supported by and lead a team consisting of People Specialists, Recruitment Specialist & L&D Specialist who will further enhance the full people offering for the business unit.

Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance
