Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide targeted support to individuals affected by hepatitis C.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, building trust and confidence in our services.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance awareness and promote early testing.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field (social work, community health, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working with vulnerable populations and developing effective support programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
