Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential prospects through networking, cold outreach, and other sales methods to develop a strong pipeline.
  • Nurture leads to qualify them for further engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with clients while identifying new opportunities.
  • Present products or services to showcase their value.
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales team members as needed.
  • Negotiate contract terms for mutual benefit.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs set by senior leadership.
  • Collaborate within the team and cross-functionally to achieve goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience or customer-facing role.
  • Industry-specific knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
  • Independence and self-motivation in closing deals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation.
