Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Siemlus. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, attending network events and client presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities within the hotel sector, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales plans.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets, working closely with internal teams to propose tailored solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hotel industry, including hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads, pursue opportunities, and convert them into long-term business partnerships, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the hospitality industry and technology integration, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing market trends and business needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
