We are looking for a seasoned Sales Controller/Business Manager to lead our client's sales team at their busy dealership in Guildford. As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial and insurance products, enabling them to provide expert advice to customers. You will work closely with the management team to set sales targets and monitor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to coach and develop the skills of the sales team to achieve business objectives. This will involve documenting all activities and measuring performance to ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

A full and valid UK driving licence is a necessity for this role.
