Head of Marketing and Sales

Inspire Resourcing Ltd are currently recruiting a Head of Marketing and Sales, on behalf of our well-established client in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business during an exciting period, with the scope to progress and develop the role, as the business grows.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking an entrepreneurial approach towards growing the business, working closely with the Managing Director to develop customer accounts and open up new opportunities
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments, researching key customer markets to further grow the brand
  • Monitoring industry changes and opportunities for New Product Development
  • Utilising the company marketing budget, allocating spend to a range of campaigns and projects
  • Lead on Email Marketing campaigns, with the use of Mail Chimp
  • Management of the sales team, to ensure leads and quotes are being followed up proactively
  • Establishing realistic yet ambitious targets and KPIs
  • Meeting with key clients
  • Attending trade shows and exhibitions
  • Managing relationship with external marketing agencies
  • Development of keyword searches for SEO purposes
  • Management of the Ecommerce function

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Marketing and Sales
  • Ambitious and eager to develop

Salary:

£38k - £45k DOE
