Cranleigh STEM is partnering with an innovative organisation in the sustainability sector to fill a critical role. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deployment Manager to oversee the delivery of cutting-edge hydrogen systems and solutions.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead our deployment activities, manage a team of engineers, and serve as the primary customer contact for support and assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring deployments meet safety standards, managing budgets and plans, and coordinating logistics and staffing for site installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and develop a team of three Deployment Engineers.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary customer contact for deployment support and assurance.
    • Deliver customer training on operating and troubleshooting systems.
  • Deployment Management:
    • Oversee deployment budgets, plans, and standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure deployments meet safety standards (RAMS, DSEAR, ATEX, etc.).
    • Coordinate logistics, procurement, and staffing for site installations.
    • Produce deployment reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Performance Improvement:
    • Monitor deployment performance and share insights with internal teams.
    Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
