The Role

Job Summary

The Hydrogen Deployment Manager will lead a team of professionals responsible for deploying hydrogen technology at construction sites and other high-profile locations. The role involves managing deployment activities, acting as the primary customer contact for support and assurance, and delivering customer training on operating and troubleshooting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of three Deployment Engineers.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary customer contact for deployment support and assurance. Deliver customer training on operating and troubleshooting systems.
  • Deployment Management: Oversee deployment budgets, plans, and standard operating procedures. Ensure deployments meet safety standards (RAMS, DSEAR, ATEX, etc.). Coordinate logistics, procurement, and staffing for site installations. Produce deployment reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Performance Improvement: Monitor deployment performance and share insights with internal teams.
Key Projects
  • Immediate focus on high-profile deployments in the UK and overseas.
  • Future deployments in the UK and occasional international assignments into 2025.

Benefits and Salary

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a competitive salary and benefits package including shares. The estimated annual salary is £75,000-£90,000 based on industry standards and location. Benefits include flexible remote work options, travel expenses covered, and a company van available for deployments.
