Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the identification and implementation of new business opportunities within existing partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing pricing and revenue models, cultivating strong commercial relationships, and leading high-value agreements.

About the Role:

This position requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with G-suite and Microsoft Excel, with a data-driven mindset. A natural 'builder' who enjoys both problem-solving and commercializing new concepts will excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and develop a comprehensive commercial partnership strategy aligned with company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with category managers to identify and evaluate potential partners, assessing their compatibility with our brand and strategic goals.
  3. Maintain strong commercial relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
  4. Lead high-value agreements of a sensitive commercial nature, establishing robust top-to-top relationships with key partners.
  5. Represent the company as a public face to relevant trade media, working closely with the communications team.
  6. Work with legal teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts protecting the interests of the company.
  7. Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing new business opportunities within existing partnerships.
  8. Develop and implement pricing and revenue models to optimize financial impact.

About You:

  1. Proven experience (8+ years) in a commercial team environment.
  2. Comfortable with G-suite and Microsoft Excel, with a data-driven approach.
  3. A natural builder with a hands-on mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and seek solutions.
  4. Experience with advertising solutions, including programmatic ads.
  5. An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable taking responsibility from day one.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
