Financial Institution Manager

As a Financial Institution Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and overseeing relationships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and wholesale counterparts. Your primary objective will be to execute the relationship management strategy, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance our wholesale services offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and monitor Treasury accounts, ensuring ongoing KYC and due diligence for clients, counterparts, and vendors.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize the Bank's funding book, reducing costs, improving duration mix, and retaining flow consistency.
- Maintain robust sales plans to support the achievement of the Wholesale Funding strategy and targets, regularly reviewing progress against plan and targets.
- Facilitate the smooth functioning of ALCO meetings, coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, documentation packs, and minutes.
- Lead wholesale funding meetings and contribute to related subcommittees and working groups, providing precise information on the Bank's funding book.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with strategic partners, ensuring differentiation and demonstrating the Bank's values.
- Exhibit proficiency in Treasury operations, including cash monitoring, foreign exchange, Sukuk, and derivatives.
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective and collaborative partnerships to deliver the Bank's strategic objectives.
