Job Title: HR & Marketing Manager

Join R3vamp, a growing business, as an HR & Marketing Manager. This role is accountable for day-to-day operations, team development, and marketing of the brand and locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Team:
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each team member to discuss their clients, providing help and support with any issues or queries.
    • Review the output of monthly client reviews, guiding team members to improve accuracy and ensure adherence to processes.
    • Conduct annual 'Let's Celebrate' meetings and participate in the annual pay review and decision process.
    • Supervise the effective onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions.
    • Prepare team members for new client engagements, setting clear and achievable client expectations.
    • Ensure regular happiness chats are conducted by each team member, reviewing and monitoring these interactions.
    • Handle all initial client issues, engaging directly with clients to maintain their happiness and relaxation or escalating when necessary.
  • Grow the Team:
    • Regularly assess team capacity and plan for additional team members as needed to ensure optimal office operations.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is brought into the team.
  • Develop the Team:
    • Lead and develop the team, overseeing the first 90-day onboarding process to ensure competence in their roles.
    • Manage the continued development plan, ensuring team members become accredited and embody the core company brand values.
    • Identify training and development needs within the team, coordinating with third parties as necessary to deliver training.
    • Conduct regular team sessions on broader topics such as AML, Trello, processes, training, and happiness chats.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, embracing the autonomy of the role.
  • A good working knowledge of Finance Administration.
