Job Role: Regional Senior HR Advisor

Location: South West England and London

Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days remote

Salary: Up to £50,000 + car allowance + 20% bonus

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to partner with the Head of Operations and Operations Managers to drive the People and Talent strategy across 70+ locations. As a Regional Senior HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the growth of our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Employee Relations: Handle high-risk ER cases, balancing operational needs with business culture, commerciality, and compliance.
  • People Initiatives: Own and deliver national People projects, collaborating with the People and L&D teams to bring initiatives to life and embed change.
  • Operational Partnership: Act as a key connection between Operations and the wider business, supporting leadership decision-making and challenging where necessary to ensure people-first solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse People-related trends and metrics to drive proactive action and influence stakeholders.
  • Engagement and Listening: Play a key role in listening and engagement plans, working with Operations to deliver on Employee Engagement Survey results, upskilling managers to enhance team engagement.
  • Employee Development: Support talent appointments, attend key appointments, and help operational teams identify and grow emerging talent.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a multi-site HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR IT systems, Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and present data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to travel across multiple locations as needed.
  • Ambitious HR professional with the potential to grow and develop with a passion for people.
  • Proactive, solutions-driven individual who is confident in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment.
