Job Title: Helpdesk Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Advisor to join our team at Evander. As a Helpdesk Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and liaise with clients, customers, and internal teams to manage jobs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and client portals.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing communications to ensure job progression and customer satisfaction.
  • Dispatch and chase client quotations via email or portal.
  • Deal with urgent client queries or complaints effectively.
  • Prepare jobs for invoicing and escalate complaints when necessary.
  • Maintain administrative duties and provide a professional service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a telephony-based, customer-focused environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and under pressure to tight deadlines.
