Helpdesk Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Advisor to join our team at Evander. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and liaise with clients, customers, and internal teams to manage jobs and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and client portals.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring job progression and customer satisfaction.
- Dispatch and chase client quotations via email or portal.
- Effectively handle urgent client queries and complaints.
- Prepare jobs for invoicing and escalate complaints as necessary.
- Maintain administrative duties and provide a professional image when interacting with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused, telephony-based environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
