Helpdesk Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Advisor to join our team at Evander. As a Helpdesk Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and liaise with clients, customers, and internal teams to manage jobs and provide excellent customer service.
- Use organisational skills to prioritise communications and ensure job progression and customer satisfaction.
- Dispatch and chase client quotations via email or portal.
- Deal with urgent client queries or complaints effectively.
- Prepare jobs for invoicing and escalate complaints where required.
- Maintain own admin duties and provide a professional service at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a telephony-based, customer-focused environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft packages.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and under pressure to tight deadlines.
