Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Health Visitor to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality health visiting services to clients in various community settings.

Main Duties

  • To deliver the healthy child programme and work in partnership with families to develop and agree tailored health plans as required.
  • To utilize specialist skills and knowledge to advise and support individuals and families on evidence-based healthcare practices.
  • To understand the caseload profile, including the health needs of the defined population and local communities, targeting outreach services to meet their needs.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife
  • Registered Health Visitor (SCPHN)
  • Current NMC registration
  • Practice assessor/supervisor training or working towards
