We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Health Services Coordinator to join our team at Island Health.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for the right individual to provide personal care assistance and support to clients in their homes. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will work closely with other health professionals to ensure that clients receive high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others. In addition to providing personal care assistance and support, they will be responsible for delegating tasks as directed by established plans of care.

A valid BC driver's license is required for this position, as well as a Home Support/Resident Care Attendant/Health Care Assistant Certificate from a recognized post-secondary program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
