About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, providing site tours, and answering phone calls and email requests.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience
  2. Assist with data entry, printing, faxing, and scanning
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
  4. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
