Mental Health Service Coordinator

About the Role: The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to a high standard, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of service users.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Possession of a relevant qualification in social care or a related field.
- Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably in a management capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits: £48,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, staff discounts, healthcare, and career progression.
