Mental Health Services Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mental Health Services Coordinator to join our team at National Locums.

This role involves working in a private mental health hospital based in Cheshire, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, attending ward rounds, facilitating reflective practice, conducting individual assessments, formulating treatment plans, and co-facilitating group therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Attend ward rounds to participate in patient care planning
  • Foster a culture of reflective practice among staff
  • Conduct individual assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Co-facilitate group therapies to promote patient well-being

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in clinical psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
