Person Specification
Qualifications
- HHCPC registration as a relevant Allied Health Professional
- Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of AHP procedures acquired through a doctorate or equivalent relevant experience, plus continuous professional development
- Management qualification or completion of senior-level leadership program
Desirable
- Quality improvement training and/or qualification
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Extensive track record of leadership and achievement at senior AHP level in health or care settings
- Experience leading change in complex environments with various stakeholders
- Building effective system partnerships and delivering change through partnership working
- Significant experience in management and leadership of quality and safety / clinical governance of AHP services
Desirable
- Leadership and implementation of AHP research strategy experience

- A passion for improving patient care standards, particularly through co-design approaches
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills for influencing complex information
