">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Hospital Nurse Manager to lead our Children's Hospital at Home Team. Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management:
- To manage the Children's Hospital at Home Team caseload, ensuring seamless pathways for children and young people between the hospital and their home.
- To provide day-to-day clinical supervision to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- To develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Salary: £45,753 - £60,595 per annum (dependent on experience)
This role requires a Registered Children's Nurse with extensive experience in children's community nursing, preferably in a leadership or management capacity. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances. Experience of child protection procedures and discharge planning is also essential.
