Job Summary
Uniform Education is seeking two full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join a mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Lambeth. As a dedicated support professional, you will play a vital role in helping students with Autism and other special educational needs thrive in an inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidates will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support, promote social interaction, and facilitate academic progress. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on young lives, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to grow professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to students with Autism and other SEN
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
* Facilitate social interactions and encourage peer relationships
* Monitor student progress and contribute to data-driven decision-making
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
