We are seeking an experienced Vocational Skills Coach to join our team in the South West area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our learners and contribute to the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Learner Support: Provide tailored support to learners, addressing their individual needs and goals.
- Programme Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including learners, employers, and colleagues.
- Quality Enhancement: Contribute to the development of high-quality training programs and materials.
- Vocational experience in the relevant area (Essential)
- Proven track record of meeting targets (Essential)
- Sector qualification in the relevant area (Essential)
- Maths & English at Level 2 or above (Essential)
- Competitive salary range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
