About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Development Trainer to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a Management Development Trainer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our management teams, designing and delivering training programs that meet their needs.

You will also provide coaching and mentoring to our managers, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leadership development, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work collaboratively with our management teams.
