Key Responsibilities

As a Motor Coach Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of over 400 modern buses and coaches, ensuring they are in top condition for passengers. Your key objectives will include:

  1. Maintaining and repairing vehicles to a high standard, including Dennis Eagle, Volvo, and Optare models.
  2. Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  3. Supervising a team of staff, including maintenance technicians, electricians, and cleaners, to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.

You will be required to adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures, as well as report to the Engineering Manager. To be eligible for this role, you must possess training to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification as an HGV, PSV, or Plant/Agricultural Equipment Technician.
