Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. In this role, you will help teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies, lead and coach departments or small business units in Agile adoption and implementation, and mentor different Scrum/Agile techniques.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, interacting with them confidently and providing guidance on Agile scaling frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe and Nexus. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for Agile and a desire to make a real difference.
