Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to support our Customer Experience team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for educating clients pre-travel, gaining deeper knowledge of their interests, and creating deeper affinity between our clients and our brand. You'll work closely with our Fulfilment team, Sales team, and Product team to ensure a seamless and professional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen relationships with existing and new clients
  • Use customer interaction to improve our CRM and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the Fulfilment team to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Assist with upsell opportunities and create deeper affinity between our clients and our brand
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service within a commercial environment, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or membership sectors
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and digitally
  • A positive and creative approach, with a desire to learn and develop
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
